As a foodie, when I first came to know about the new food destination Pier 7, I decided to check the place and the restaurants. The amount of good & positive reviews about Fume in the social media what made me curious to make it my first destination to explore in the 7 floors magical building, Pier 7 at the heart of Dubai Marina.
Fume is introduced to Dubai by Jas hospitality, the same group who introduced the fine dining, fancy concept “Qbara” .But fume concept is totally the opposite of Qbara. The concept of Fume is based on home-style eatery by providing comfort food in casual & quirky surroundings.
To me Fume is the place where I can go chill and chit-chat over excellent home-style food with the best view in Dubai which is the Marina. All in all, I visited Fume several times and can’t get enough, the food were really really really excellent & creative !!!!. The menu offers international cuisine which I will never get bored, in every visit I can go for whatever my mood is craving whether Mediterranean, Asian or Western all are there to satisfy our cravings.
Salute to the great team & excellent staff my two favorites are “Bonita & “Adrian” where they never failed to make me feel home & comfortable. I still remember the first time I visited Fume & when “Bonita” handed over to me the menu I ordered the banoffee espresso, her response was like she wanted to explain to me what is banoffee and I was like HELLO I’m a food blogger 😉 🙂 .
And of course the master mind behind Fume’s magnificent menu Chef “Grant Brunsden” such a funny & wonderfull gentleman, in one of my visits he joined us for a quick chit-chat wherein we ordered the whole dessert menu and we discussed how chocolates are good for the health , heart & our body in general 😉
