While walking in Convent garden neighborhood towards 5 guys to get my burgers fix. I have stumbled upon a small restaurant titled Koshari street the first thing I was telling myself: NOOO, are they serving the famous Egyptian koshari or is there in the world another Koshari dish I don’t know about. I entered the place and here we go, I can sniff the topping of tomato sauce & the caramelized onions all over the place. So we go here to get our Egyptian fix in L town.
Koshari is considered famous authentic Egyptian street food and it is made with a mix of pasta , lentils, egyption rice similarily to the american rice & topped with tangy tomato sauce & caramelized onions. In addition it can be served spicy or mild.
